Tutus: All of our tutus are made with ribbon vs elastic to prevent sizing issues. Length for tutus are as follows (please note this is prepoof length):
newborn to 3 months 6"
6 months 8"
12months to 2T 9"
5T, Small, Medium 12"
Large, XL 13"
Shirts: first wash, wash inside out on cold, tumble dry low heat or hang dry. After first wash follow care instructions on shirt
Tutus: Hang or lay flat to prevent wrinkle. Use wash cloth and water to clean any spots

We use both heat transfers and vinyl in our shop. Heat transfer images you see on your computer screen can appear to be very cartoon like. All of shirts are printed with the highest of color and quality, however it is impossible to get the same cartoon appearance as it is a flat image and not a 3D cartoon image. We gaurantee that the brightness is extrmely high as we use a commercial grade photo printer. If you have questions or would like additional pictures please do not hesitate to message us.
This time of year production on time can vary on items. Please check on the production time for the item you are interested in, which is in business days (Monday to Friday) and Shipping. If you are unsure, never hesitate to message us.

We strongly encourage the purchase of Priority shipping vs First Class. First Class does not carry insurance. If the item is damaged in transit, you would not be able to file a claim for a refund. Though we understand the frustrations that can come along with damaged items we cannot be responsible for damage by the postal system. If an item with Priority Shipping does arrived damaged please do not throw out the package or any contents as you will need this information for the claim. Please feel free to contact us in assistance for filing any damage claims for Priority Shipped items.
